Adolescence can be both an exciting and difficult time, and it can be helpful to talk about the struggles and triumphs.  Teens often struggle with issues around school, relationships, sexuality and asking the question "Who am I?".  Parents often have questions about how to respond to their teens, asking when it's appropriate to intervene and how to help their child grow up.  I work to help families navigate through this important developmental stage, move through adolescence with strong communication and create an environment in which both teens and parents feel heard and understood.

Teens often talk to me about:

 - Sexual Orientation and Gender Expression

 - Relationships

 - School Stress

 - Depression

 - Anxiety
